Katrina J. Bradford

Welcome, I’m Katrina, a Highly Specialist Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist based in North London. I support children and young people with a wide range of speech, language and communication needs, with particular expertise in Autism, social communication and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH).

My experience spans clinical practice, service development and leadership. I work collaboratively with families, education professionals and wider multidisciplinary teams to provide thoughtful, evidence-informed support that recognises each child’s individual strengths and needs. Alongside my clinical work, I provide professional supervision and contribute to the wider profession through training, presentations and publications.

My therapeutic approach is neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed, recognising that communication, behaviour and emotional wellbeing are closely connected. I take time to understand each child or young person as an individual, considering their strengths, communication needs, experiences and environment. This enables me to provide support that is respectful, responsive and meaningful to them.

I predominantly work in North London; Highgate, Crouch End, Muswell Hill, Finchley and Archway. However, I do occasionally venture further.

Fees vary depending on the type and level of support required.

For schools, settings and organisations, bespoke packages can be developed depending on the level of input required.
